Increase your resilience to stress and boost your wellbeing by learning how to improve your ability to relax, reconnect with your inner self and boost energy levels through a series of Heart-based Mindfulness and QiGong half-day workshops.

If you are not able to join a weekly class this is a great opportunity to learn practical techniques that will help free you from the negative impact stress can have so that you can build more energy for the important things in life.

These small group sessions will be a blend of moving routines, stretching, relaxation and seated based practices. The aim being to ensure that you have identified some enjoyable practices that you can take away with you, whilst helping you to recognise what is important to you and how you can remain connected to who you truly are. Current dates for workshops are below, however if these days or dates are not convenient for you, please do get in touch as there may be some further alternatives:

Wednesday 22 August 10am to 1pm

Wednesday 12 September 10am to 1pm

Saturday 20 October 1pm to 4pm

Mindfulness Workshop

Designed for up to 4 people, these small group sessions will be offered at Risden Barn, at the dates and times specified above. The Barn is a great space for you to begin to experience Mindfulness either as a beginner or to deepen your current Mindfulness, Tai Chi and QiGong practices.

We are based in Kent with easy access from Tunbridge Wells, East Sussex, London and the surrounding areas via public transport or car. The investment level for these workshops will be £49.00 per person per workshop.

I have known Julie for many years now and have enjoyed both Reflexology treatments, HeartMath coaching and Tai Chi QiGong classes with her. I previously worked in the City but love my new career as a Pilates teacher however preparing for exams can sometimes be challenging. Learning the easy to grasp heart focused techniques I was able to use these mindfulness practices to relieve the tension and stress I was feeling before an exam. I often use the techniques ahead of delivering classes so I am fully focused and present in the moment rather than thinking about something that might have happened prior to my class or in the future. It helps relieve stress in the moment but also to be in the moment yourself. I am able to achieve more equilibrium in my body now with the use of the core skills and have since my initial coaching immersed myself into the deeper concept of developing Heart Intelligence.

As there are costs incurred when booking classes we will only accept cancellations 14 days prior to any course start. Within the 14 days leading up to the beginning of the course, you may be able to transfer to another programme or receive a 50% refund. After the beginning of the course, no refund or exchanges will be processed.
