QiGong is a low impact mindfulness in movement practice which provides a sequence of exercises and techniques originating from China. The practice strengthens the body, relaxes the mind, and gives you time to focus on yourself.  Easy to learn, I teach simple routine's consisting of continuous fluid movements, combined with balanced breathing and good posture. By learning these routines you will release tension, creating a sense of calm and focus. Most classes will also include some gentle QiGong meditations whilst seated, standing or lying.
