National Stress Awareness Day

Stress is a reality for most of us, 365 days a year and it’s here to stay. So in the wake of National Stress Awareness Day I have written a paper which reflects on how heart rate variability in mindfulness can be controlled to bring about a stress resilient state – something I believe we all need, regardless of our circumstances.
